As a child, I was shocked to find out that there were children, just like me, whose parents couldn’t afford their basic education! As a matter of fact, it broke my heart seeing children living in slums. Sometimes, I thought to myself, ‘this could be me’! For me, this seemed so unfair because I believe every child has the right to good and qualitative life in the Nigerian society.
Hence, my teaming up to set up this platform known as Naija Kids Giving Back, as a co-founder. I am very excited and feel so fulfilled doing this! As a co-founder, I am able to work alongside the President and Vice president of this organization to achieve the core mission, even as we work harder toward our set vision by 2025! Collectively, we hope to be able to reach out to more underprivileged families and children all over Nigeria. This has always been my dream but I believe it is just the beginning.
